Judging by the name of the Restaurant and the shared pics, this already sounds like a stupid question, but I must still ask: Are there vegetarian dishes on the menu??
One of the best pork houses. Not inexpensive but very worth it, seriously. Good for groups, good for couples. Valet was like $3.
MoreVisited the LA area for the weekend. Our chef friend took us here, and hands down it was the best meal we had. The food was fresh, and staff friendly. We're definitely coming back here.
MoreQuality of taste is undoubtable. Reason of 4 star is somewhat expensive.
Used to love this place but unfortunately they lost a long time customer for their terrible service. Goodbye honeypig!
MoreBest Korean restaurant for pork belly bbq^^
One of my favorite restaurants in all of LA. It can get busy but the food is worth the wait. The appetizers, meat, and fried rice at the end just make a perfect and very filling meal. Service can be hit or miss but you don't really go to Asian joints for the service. Would go here once a week if I could.
MoreWonderful place to eat! Check it out! I recommend this place!
Good
The food is amazing, cooks right in front of you with staff assistance. Make sure you have the rice cooked up in your BBQ scraps!!
MoreVery attentive staff with quick response to all requests.
A good combination of pork, kimchi and sprouts
It was 6 of us and we spend over $120 and not even one of us was close to being full. We didn't say anything so we left and left a tip. What happened after we didn't expect. The one who served us came outside of the place and asked us why we gave such a little tip. We were not only confused but mad at the same time because he had the nerve to come outside and complain about the tip. This place is really expensive and what you get from it is not really wort it. We went to Panda afterwards to eat, its better honestly.
MoreLet me start off by saying the food itself was good- but the service was horrible and that alone ruined the experience for me. I read the awful reviews on google but my friend decided to have his birthday here so I had no say. I was the first to arrive out of 9 and I was brushed aside and ignored. Then as people started to arrive we were rudely escorted to our table by the bathroom and then ignored for a very long time. Nothing was explained to us about how things are done/cooked. This was not my first korean BBQ but it was the first where kimchi and bean sprouts were already on the table before we sat and then it is placed on the grill when it starts! If you want to feel neglected, ask for your own check, and bring your own check with credit card up to the cashier because they are not coming- come on down to Honey Pig.
MoreLove sprouts and kimchi on the grill and food is really good except for during lunch couldn't order CD noodles
MoreSo much good food! Authentic & real!
The food is really good. Meat is served fresh and high quality. The only issue is the service. The waiters seem like they don't care about you. We tried to talk to them, and as we were talking, the waiter started to slowly walk away and talk like he had somewhere more important to be. Also, the sodas were served in beer glasses. The glasses included a design that measured the amount of beer you can put. It's sort of unappealing to drink soda out of a semi shot glass.
MoreStaff quick to refill the banchan. It's nice but I wish the place could be at least comfortable to dine in. So hot.
MoreThis is one of my fav BBQ places in Ktown. It's different from other places because they use a lid of a traditional korean pot instead of a grill to cook the meat. I love that they leave the kimchi and bean sprouts on the grill the whole time as they cook the meat. Always get fried rice at the end!!
Moregreat place for pork aka Sam kyup sal :) parking is no problem (valet) waiting isnt too bad even on the wkeds. workers r nice n if u r craving for a marinate pork, they have that too. tried their cold noodle dish n it was ok. not great but not bad either. as for their pork menu, I recommend either the huk(black) pork or Ddong(poop) pork. It's a literal translation from Korean. it's not really black color nor poop covered pork -__-;
MoreBest Korean BBQ in Korean town so clean staffs are nice and meats are fresh I like all of the side dishes
MoreTasty Korean BBQ. They pre-cook the side dish on the hot pan so you can start eating the moment you sit down.
MoreAlways a great place for Korean pork bbq.
Have been a customer here for years... stopped in this past weekend for a quick feast and doubt we'll return. We were one of three tables seated and there were only two servers and service was s l o w. After an hour, numerous patrons arrived and magically three additional servers appeared. No big deal... we weren't in a hurry. Ordered a combo of beef and pork and the server kept cross-contaminating the pork with the beef and vegetables. We pointed out three times no to place raw pork on the other items, but she kept doing it over and over. She even used tongs on the raw pork, then pushed around the cooked meats with the same tongs. We couldn't finish. Looks like management or THE HEALTH DEPT. should give a workshop on cross-contamination.
MoreGood and i hope them to have lettuce one day.
always good...always..yummy
I’ve been there three times. I’ve been to a few well-know Korean bbq places in K town, and my opinion about this place is:1) overpriced for the quality of meat and the side dishes;2) service is quick and attentive in general, but watch out for your bbq to avoid them getting burnt. For the price I’ve paid, I’d probably go to other bbq places.
MoreGreat quality beef. Chadol and short rib are delicious
Damn good KBBQ! Excellent service (A+) and great quality meats. No all you can eat here. 100% will return.
MoreGood stuff. Typical korean classic food.
$26 for a mushroom-variety side dish was rip-off.
Good foods with good price.
Very delicious much better than any restaurant in Korea.
Kind of pricy!!! But delicious! The waiters are not very attentive...
Visited the LA area for the weekend. Our chef friend took us here, and hands down it was the best meal we had. The food was fresh, and staff friendly. We're definitely coming back here.
MoreSo stoked to try this place out!Definitely heard good reviews about this place: spicy chicken feet, deliciously yet unbearably spicy rice cake, onigiri with perfect mixture of seaweed and rice.
MoreI love this place!! They have many locations, and they managed to keep it very consistent!! I wish they come to Houston soon!!!
MoreBest 삼겹살 in L. A. Not much more you can say when it's the BEST!
Great pork bbq restaurant. Excellent meat menu and combo menu!!!!!
Great family style restaurant. Great service and food. I definitely recommended and I'll coming back for more.
MoreA different kind of Korean BBQ very good.
Quality of cuts are great, they have meat selection tiers if you do not want to select your own cut, they do a fried rice with your leftover meal. For a korean location service was good. Quality of food justifies the price as it's a bit more expensive then many other locations around the area. Nonetheless worth it, I judge also by the Kimchi, its solid especially if you like your kimchu having that extra fizzy/bubbly fermentation mouth feel.
MoreNumber one restaurant for fork in LA Korea townCrowd and busy everydayDifferent iron plate to grill the forkHarmony with KimchiAtmosphere is excellentGo there nowVamos agora
MoreIt wasn't too bad..Just small quantity and pricey
Super Yummy Korean Comforting Food😋!
Great Korean BBQ. We went there on a Wednesday evening and it was totally packed with Koreans. Good and service was perfect
MoreThe premium pork belly was nothing to write home about, but the spicy pork belly is great. The value isn't as great as an all you can eat place like Manna, though the quality is certainly better than an all you can eat place like Bulgogi Hut or Castle or Moon. That said, if you're going to spend the money anyway on a la carte kbbq, you're better off going to 8 or Park's.
MoreHonestly not worth it for the price. The food is decent and the staff is very friendly but there are better places to go to with the amount of money you will spend.
MoreGood food, very nice attentive staff.
The only place for pork belly 🐖🐷, spectacular!!!
Expensive but delicious,,
